Hi Classmates. 

Things are looking good concerning our 55th Reunion. It's only 10 months away and its time for you to get locked in for September 13th, 14th, 15th qnd 16th 2012. Make your reservations early because there are some capacity constraints for the Friday Evening casual get together and the casual Saturday Evening Dinner. Our thinking was that we probably won't have as large of an attendence this time, as the 50th was really a big one for us. Because of this we picked a couple of pretty nice places for those two events, something a little out of the ordinary. Those places are Quarters 1 at the Rock Island Arsenal with Harris and Happy Joe's Pizza being served and duty free cocktails and Arbor Village for our Saturday Evening Dinner. You probably remember that the Bus Tour on Saturday morning is limited to just 1 bus load of people. There are, however, a few new things you are going to enjoy seeing. And, of course, the Golf Outing on Satursay at Deere Run can not be bested, nor the Sunday Brunch at the Club House at Deere Run. There is also a ride on the Channel Cats water taxis which load right behind the Moline Radisson and also on River Drive in Moline right next to the River Boat Celebrety. It's fun to ride the taxi over to the East Village in Davenport and take in the shops and restraunts there, then catch the river taxi back to Moline. Remember that we have 30 rooms reserved for the 1st 30 people to claim at a reduced price. All you need to do is call the Moline Radisson and tell them you are from the Moline Class Reunion.
